Pre-eclampsia (PE) outcomes in a 24-year-old primiparous woman. This patient did not perform imaging studies during pregnancy, but presented with persistent right upper quadrant pain around delivery, increased AST/ALT and arterial blood hypertension; hence, PE was suspected.
