Penile fracture associated with urethral disruption. The patient had a penile injury during intercourse 20 days before but did not present in the hospital. He recovered erections, but eventually presented complaining of persistent bleeding during urination and ejaculation. A small rupture of the tunica albuginea is seen (between arrowheads) on B mode US (a).
