A 78-year-old women with endometrioid carcinoma. a Sagittal plane and b axial plane to the uterus show a multilocular cystic mass containing solid component (arrows) which was rare but widely adherent to the anterior surface of the uterus without tilt. Pathologically, the mass was derived from the left ovary, and endometriosis was present in the background. The angle with the uterus is measured as –89, as in shown in B
