Axial (a, b) and coronal (c, d) CT images in the portal phase show ascites, stranding of the mesenteric fat, diffuse thickening of the peritoneal folds (red arrowheads) and wall thickening of small bowel loops (white arrows). Note the presence of a mildly enhancing bulky mass in the left paracolic gutter with segmental encasement of the ascending colon (yellow arrows). The final diagnosis of B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma was confirmed after ultrasound-guided biopsy of the bulky mass and cytology of the ascitic fluid
