Results of the subjective assessment. Image sharpness received significantly higher ratings in MEI (+) 40–80 keV compared to PEI. For image noise, the highest scores were assigned in MEI (+) 80 keV. Diagnostic certainty regarding lesion margin was optimal in MEI (+) 40 keV, while assessment of the lesion inside received the highest score in MEI (+) 40 keV
