Representative case of inflammatory hepatocellular adenoma. The panel organization is the same throughout Figs. 2, 3, 4, and 5. The depicted patient was a 25-year-old female with a liver mass incidentally discovered during exploration for a chronic inflammatory state. Arterial phase hyperenhancement, persistent hyperintensity during the portal and delayed phases, and marked T2 hyperintensity (not shown) suggested inflammatory adenoma, which was confirmed by biopsy
