Endometrial carcinoma with mucinous differentiation. On the oblique axial post-contrast T1W (a) and the T2W (b) MR images, the tumour is accompanied by cystic spaces that are T2 hyperintense without enhancement (arrows). These cystic areas on pathology (c) correlate with mucin pools (arrow) associated with the tumour (arrowheads) that extend into the outer half of the myometrium.
