A pneumothorax (white asterisk) is also visible, but the pneumomediastinum is not present. b An axial CT image reveals a left lower lobe pneumatocele (black arrows), while the normal left IPL (black arrowhead) lies along the esophagus. A pneumothorax (white asterisk) is also visible. The pneumatocele and pneumothorax disappeared on the supine radiograph 3 months later
