Coronally reformatted postcontrast CT image demonstrates heterogeneously enhancing solid mass extending along the left great saphenous vein. The mass extends cranially to the IVC via the femoral and iliac veins (arrows). Postsurgical histopathologic examination revealed leiomyosarcoma of the great saphenous vein
