Axial magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) images demonstrate the typical signal pattern of OKC. The lesion, located in the posterior left mandible (arrows), shows intermediate-high signal intensity on T1-weighted sequence (a) and heterogenous high signal intensity on T2-weighted sequence (b). No enhancement is observed within the lesion on enhanced T1-weighted fat-saturated sequence (c).
