Ligation of the left ureter manifesting 24 h after AH. Unenhanced CT (A) showed a sizeable vaginal vault haematoma (*) and residual pneumoperitoneum (+) as expected findings. After intravenous contrast, the left kidney showed hydronephrosis (+) and impaired nephrogram compared to contralateral side, caused by abrupt stricture of the distal ureter (+ in C) in the site of surgical clips (thin arrow in C). Surgical reoperation including clip removal was required to manage the obstruction
