Two well-delineated intrapulmonary lymph nodules with triangular morphology. a In a 72-year-old man with neurological diplopia and equilibrium disturbances chest CT was performed to rule out a paraneoplastic cause. Axial CT-image in lung window setting shows a subpleural triangular nodule. The nodule has the typical morphology of an intrapulmonary lymph node. Also note the discrete thin septal lines connecting the lesion to the pleura Because of the benign nature, diagnosis was not confirmed on histopathology. Follow-up CT showed no change in size or morphology. b Incidental finding of a nodule peripherally located in the right lower lobe with clear triangular morphology. These findings are virtually pathognomonic for an intrapulmonary lymph node
