Axial CT-image in lung window setting in a 25-year-old immunocompromised man with a myelodysplastic syndrome treated with induction chemotherapy shows a subpleural nodule in the right lower lobe. The nodule has a predominant solid aspect with surrounding ground glass halo. Also note the small foci of ground glass in the right lung. Clinical and laboratory findings were consistent with invasive aspergillosis
