  5. Immobilisation recently bedridden for more than 3 days or paralysis, paresis or plaster immobilisation of the leg
  6. Trauma any major injury, regardless of region of impact and all minor injuries involving the extremities
  7. Active malignancy malignancy with treatment within the last 6 months or palliative care or best supportive care
