Another case of fistulising post surgical infection in a 41-year-old male after VHR of recurrent incisional hernia. Pus-yielding wound infection corresponded on axial (a) and sagittal (b) post-contrast CT images to a small-sized collection with mixed air (+) and fluid (*) content in the typical midline site, abutting the PM ventrally. A characteristic tram-track fistula (thick arrows) drained the collection towards the skin, and was a surrounded by extensive inflammatory stranding of the subcutaneous fat
