CT assessment of a 15x9 cm Gore-Tex Dual-Mesh® PM positioned laparoscopically 18 months earlier after previous failed attempts to repair an epigastric hernia. The ePTFE PM (thin arrows) secured by metallic-attenuation sutures is easily recognized on unenhanced axial CT image (a), and well depicted in its entirety and reticular structure by three-dimensional volume-rendering reconstructions (b, c).
