The ePTFE PM (thin arrows) secured by metallic-attenuation sutures is easily recognized on unenhanced axial CT image (a), and well depicted in its entirety and reticular structure by three-dimensional volume-rendering reconstructions (b, c). Additionally, a clinically unsuspected focal breach (arrowheads) was noted at its upper aspect, probably resulting from excessive tension
