The imaging findings were thought to be suggestive of fibroma. Based upon these findings, and the patient’s lack of symptoms, a choice was made to not intervene, and instead to obtain clinical follow-up as well as serial imaging. The patient has done well over six years, and the mass has shown no interval change in size
