(c) Sagittal T2-weighted and (d) sagittal fat-suppressed T1-weighted images, show that the pelvis and lower abdominal quadrant are occupied by bulky cystic formations with fluid-corpusculated level content (white arrows), better appreciable on T2-weighted MR images. (e, f, g) Histological samples demonstrate the tubal origin of the lesion with broadened and blunted plicae.
