Diffusion for the evaluation of tumour response. Pretherapy (a) sagittal T2-TSE image and volumetry (volume = 109.91 cc) based on diffusion (b = 1500 s/mm2) image showed a big rectal cancer with invasion of the anal canal (white arrows). Post-therapy (b) volume was reduced (volume = 42.96 cc). Histogram analysis© pre and post-therapy of the apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) also demonstrated increased ADC values
