A right adnexal mass, similar to that one described in image a, but with a more prominent solid component, was also present (b). Left para-aortic lymph node metastases are also present (c). Moderate ascites is evident in all images but there was no pleural effusion (d). Pathologic examination ruled out ovarian capsule and tubal invasion
