A 62-year-old female presented with history of nipple discharge from the right breast for 2 months, along with a palpable lump in near the nipple region. Mammogram of right breast, CC view (a) and magnified view (b), shows skin thickening in the nipple-areolar region with pleomorphic calcification. Ultrasound (c) of the right breast showed a well-defined heterogenous thickening below the nipple–areolar region. The histopathology was suggestive of Paget’s disease of breast with underlying DCIS and foci of microinvasion. The patient underwent wide local excision and radiotherapy
