Axial post-contrast MRI in the arterial phase (d) shows mild diffuse enhancement of the lesion (arrow), not persisting in the portal venous (e) and delayed phases (f). MRI features are consistent with HNF-1α-mutated hepatocellular adenoma and the patient is on regular follow-up
