Haemobilia following ERCP in a 57-year-old female with benign papillary stenosis and previous cholecystectomy, manifesting with abdominal pain and mild haemoglobin drop. Unenhanced (a, b) and post-contrast (c) CT images showed moderate dilatation and hyperattenuating (45 HU) content of the CBD (arrowheads) corresponding to endoluminal haemorrhage but initially misinterpreted as retained CM injected during the procedure, without signs of active bleeding. This complication was self-limiting and resolved on conservative treatment
