Mesenchymal neoplasm composed of polygonal cells with clear cytoplasm and round normochromatic nuclei with abundant vessels and occasional scattered inflammatory cells was observed. Mixed within the neoplasm cells, there was a chronic inflammatory infiltrate of lymphoid cells. There were no foci of necrosis or mitotic figures
