Idiopathic thoracolumbar scoliosis in a 13-year-old girl presenting with a lumbosacral transitional vertebra. The frontal view (on the left) shows the presence of six lumbar vertebrae. On the corresponding posterior surface 3D reconstruction of the spine (on the right), the last vertebra seems to be dissociated from the pelvis. This is because the pelvis model does not correspond to a true model of the patient’s pelvis. [Total DAP = 1,040 mGy·cm2]
