In an area of palpable swelling on the left forearm, the radial artery shows an aneurysmatic enlargement with a length of approximately 2Â cm and a width of about 1Â cm on duplex sonography in this 53-year-old male patient (black arrow). It then becomes regularly narrower. Additionally, thrombotic deposits are shown in this region (white arrow)
