(a) MR shows a well-circumscribed lobulated subcutaneous mass along the volar aspect of the wrist of intermediate signal on T1w sequence encasing the flexor carpi ulnaris tendon (arrow). (b) The mass was heterogeneously hyperintense on T2w sequence and also abuts the flexor retinaculum (arrow). (c) There was heterogeneous enhancement with a central non-enhancing area (arrow). (d) No susceptibility is detected on the GRE sequence (helps differentiate from giant cell tumour of the tendon sheath)
