Ganglion cyst in a 24-year-old female who presented with a slowly growing, firm, painless hand lump for about 6 months. (a) T1w sequence shows a smooth, well-circumscribed lesion within the thenar musculature of homogeneous low signal. (b) The lesion is hyperintense on T2w-FS sequence. No invasion into adjacent structures is seen. (c) There is minimal rim enhancement with no significant internal enhancement (arrow)
