Distance of the coronary ostia to the aortic valve plane–coronary artery height. The height of the right coronary ostium is determined by identifying the origin of the RCA from the transverse MPR parallel to the aortic annulus plane (a) and then measuring the height of the coronary artery above the basal annular plane (b). In a similar fashion, the origin of the LMCA is identified from the transverse MPR (c) and then measuring the height of the LMCA above the basal annular plane (d).
