Branch duct type IPMN (arrow) and two retroperitoneal cystic lesions (upper [U] and lower [L]) are demonstrated on coronal MIP image (a). Branch duct type IPMN and retroperitoneal lymphatic aneurysmal dilatation were proved at surgery.
