A breast myxoma at 5× magnification. There is a non-encapsulated lesion in the reticular dermis, composed of bland stellate and short spindle-shaped cells in a myxoid (mucinous) stroma with prominent small blood vessels. The overlying epidermis show slight mild acanthosis. There is no significant involvement of the papillary dermis
