Both the posterior-oblique VRT (a) and the coronal MaxIP (b) images demonstrate an intra-lobar sequestration in the left lower lobe of a 3-month-old child. There is a large (systemic) arterial feeding vessel originating from the abdominal aorta. Venous drainage of the sequestrated lobe is conventional into the pulmonary vein.
