CT shows a native isodense mass (arrow in a) with a hyperenhancement in the arterial phase (arrow in b), and an early wash-out in the venous (arrow in c) and excretory (arrow in d) phases. MRI shows a non-lipid-containing mass on the in- and opposed-phase T1-weighted imaging (arrows in e and f) with a heterogeneous appearance in T2- (arrow in g) and a heterogeneous contrast media enhancement in T1-weighted image (arrow in h). Based on imaging features alone, this mass cannot be differentiated from RCC
