A 94-year-old man with a mass suspected on standard CT underwent MBCT, which demonstrated a mass in the third part of the duodenum and luminal narrowing (a). Volume rendering demonstrates the narrowing of the bowel lumen and “shouldering” appearance of the mass (b). Endoscopy with biopsies confirmed an adenomatous polypoid lesion with foci of high-grade dysplasia
