In two different patients, arterial phase CT images exhibit a huge hypervascular metastatic lymph node in the pelvis (c) and confluent metastatic lymph nodes with hyperenhancement in the posterior mediastinum (arrows). Notice the presence of hyperenhancement on the arterial phase, typical of recurrent HCC
