MRI of mucinous carcinoma during pregnancy. MR images of patient with left sided mucinous carcinoma, presented as a palpable mass during pregnancy are presented. The patient chose to undergo elected abortion. Subtraction DCE image reveals marked bilateral BPE (a) and CAD reveal bilateral diffuse benign-like coloring with progressive enhancement in time intensity curves (b) without evidence of the known underlying lesions in the left breast.
