A 55-year-old woman with invasive lobular carcinoma in the left breast. a, b. No abnormal finding was detected in the mammography of both breasts by a radiologist. ce AI diffusely highlighted the central portion of the left breast, which correlated with the location of the cancer in US and MRI. The malignancy score of the cancer was 23.9. Surgical histopathologic examination showed a node-positive, low histologic grade invasive lobular carcinoma that was estrogen receptor-positive, progesterone receptor-positive, and human epidermal growth factor receptor-2-negative by left lumpectomy
