A 31-year-old woman with invasive ductal carcinoma in the right breast. a, b A BB marker was attached at the upper outer quadrant of the right breast, but no abnormal finding was detected in both breasts by a radiologist. ce AI highlighted a focal area in the upper outer quadrant of the right breast, which correlated with the location of the cancer in US and MRI. The malignancy score of the cancer was 94.7. Histopathologic examination of core needle biopsy showed a high histologic grade invasive ductal carcinoma that was estrogen receptor-negative, progesterone receptor-negative, and human epidermal growth factor receptor-2-negative. Right mastectomy was performed after neoadjuvant chemotherapy, and a residual invasive ductal carcinoma was found
