About 10Â days later, axial T1W fat-suppressed (b) and coronal T2W (c) non-contrast pelvic MR images showed bilateral T1 hyperintense endometriomas (arrows) with T2 hypointense nodules (asterisk) in the lesions bilaterally (right not shown). She was managed expectantly. She was induced at 41Â weeks and the baby was healthy. Follow-up MRI at 12 and 30Â months post-partum (not shown) showed diminished size of the lesions with some complexity remaining on the left.
