64-year-old man with history of left hemicolectomy for colon carcinoma and liver metastases treated with oxaliplatin. Contrast enhanced CT on precontrast (a), portal venous (b) and delayed (c) phases demonstrates a patchy liver enhancement with a mosaic appearance on portal venous phase, mainly in the periphery of the right lobe, with normal parenchymal enhancement on subsequent delayed phase. These findings are consistent with oxaliplatin-induced sinusoidal obstruction syndrome in its diffuse form
