CT images of patients with malignant GGNs. A 6-mm GGN (atypical adenomatous hyperplasia) in the right upper lobe without internal vessels (a). A PA branch without change is detected in an 8.5-mm GGN [adenocarcinomas in situ (AIS)] in the left lower lobe (b1: b2). Two vessels (1 PA and 1 PV) were detected in a 17.5-mm GGN (AIS) in the left upper lobe (c1: c2), the PV was thickened with rigid course. An irregularly thickened PV branch is detected in a 19.5-mm GGN (IA) in the left upper lobe (d1: d2)
