Calcified plaques are evident in origin of SMA (arrowhead) and IMA (dotted arrow) leading to notable luminal stenosis associated with superimposed thrombus in SMA. Ischemic changes are depicted in descending colon as circumferential mural thickening and hypo enhancement (thick arrows) along with mural pneumatosis (thin arrows) consistent with late-stage ischemia
