Patient affected by non-Hodgkin lymphoma with both retroperitoneal and mesenteric locations. CT images show a large lesion with well-defined margins and homogeneous enhancement both on arterial (a) and portal (b) phases. Confluent lymphadenopathy on both sides of the mesenteric vessels gives rise to an appearance described as the sandwich sign that is specific for mesenteric lymphoma
