A 2-year-old male patient with recurrent urinary tract infection underwent a US exam and a midline cystic lesion was seen posterior of the bladder (not shown). Confirmatory MRI exam shows a tear-drop shaped midline cystic lesion (arrows) on the sagittal plane T2W image. The cystic lesion was extending above the posterior superior margin of the prostate, highly suggestive for the Mullerian duct cyst
