Workflow of the study performed in ovarian cancer where radiomic habitats were described by clustering different MRI sequences and fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG)-PET uptake values. Patient–specific 3D moulds were printed to sample each of the identified habitats. Histology and sequencing analysis were performed for each of the radiomic habitats.
