Axial (a) and sagittal (b) high-pitch CTA images show a smooth contrast filled outpouching from proximal graft (white arrow) near to the anastomosis (black arrow in a). This smooth outpouching is a normal post-operative appearance, related to over sewn reperfusion catheter stump from cardiopulmonary bypass during surgery
