Endometrial sampling confirmed ESS. a Axial plane postcontrast CT image demonstrates the enlarged uterus with heterogeneous enhancement. Also, noted was thrombus in the right adnexal vein (arrows) with similar density of the heterogeneously enhancing uterus. b Coronally reformatted postcontrast CT image demonstrates extension of this thrombus along the right internal iliac vein (arrowheads) and IVC (arrows). Histopathologic examination after surgery confirmed the tumoral nature of the internal iliac and caval thrombus
