A 77-year-old male farmer with no significant medical history presented with recently onset jaundice and right upper quadrant pain. a Axial plane postcontrast abdominal CT demonstrates a complex looking mass with heterogenous central part and peripheral calcifications (arrows). Also note dilatation of the intrahepatic bile ducts due to the mass effect of the lesion. b Axial plane T2W MR image demonstrates the cystic nature of the mass (arrows) with internal septations which may suggest detached eccinochocal membrane.
