The patient recently started to experience abdominal pain, distention, night sweets and weight loss. a Axial plane postcontrast CT demonstrated prominent periportal thickening (arrows) in the left liver lobe which may also be seen in infiltrative liver malignancies such as lymphoma. b Coronal reformatted image shows significant contrast enhancement in the common bile duct (arrow).
