Sagittal (a), oblique-coronal (b) T2-weighted images and sagittal (d), oblique-coronal (e) fat-suppressed T1-weighted images show a distended serpiginous right fallopian tube (arrows) with homogeneously high T2-weighted signal and low T1-signal intensity, consistent with hydrosalpinx.
